This figure uses the "2015 Premium" multiplied by 3% (market share) to calculate the minimum required annuity premium placed annually to qualify and maintain partner status. In no case will this calculation cause the requirement for a location to fall below $1,000,000.00 annually.

This figure uses the "Required Premium" multiplied by a 3.5% average commission earned to calculate the estimated revenue for a particular location.

This figure uses the "Monthly Price" divided by .001 to determine an amount of annuity premium paid in a given month to earn sufficient production credits to offset monthly partner fees.

Application of credits and carry forward: Production credits earned during a calendar month may be applied no earlier than the 15th of the following month as follows:

  • 1. Against any debits carried forward
  • 2. Against any monthly fees incurred
  • 3. Excess as carry forward to be applied to future debits or fees
  • 4. You may elect to receive a cash payout equal to 65% of the credit amount

Partner must validate status each year by meeting minimum required premium as required for each location.

Partner must have a minimum of 1 advisor for each 100,000 of total population for each location.

Partner is required to adhere to the highest business standards at all costs. Should there be a customer complaint filed, we will review and determine whether the partner is at fault. If we deem the partner at fault, we reserve the right to terminate our agreement with said partner and take control of the location domain forthwith.

Partner may terminate this agreement with a 30 day advanced notice at any time. FTC may only terminate this agreement as follows:

  • 1. At any time for cause.
  • 2. On the 1st of the month after the contract anniversary for failure to validate minimum required premium.
  • 3. For failure to pay monthly partner subscription fees after a 15 day grace period.
